The Manufacturing Process
A lot can happen on a SabeRex production line. We handle the 3D printing of parts, enclosure customization, full kitting, cable assemblies, LCDs, overlays, and more in pursuit of being our clients’ one-stop shop. Given the precarious nature of supply chains, we provide our partners with on-demand information on how production is progressing so that they can make quick, informed decisions when changes arise.
Inventory Management
Our product traceability systems provide customized reports on the status of incoming and outgoing shipments that allow to-the-minute tracking and tracing of products. Inventory numbers are presented in a way that allows for easy integration into third party ERP software, which can give clients the full picture of their operations.
RMA and Beyond
When returns need to be made, SabeRex can act as an intermediary between manufacturers and retailers that determine the actual need and scope for returned products. We can also trace the defective product back to the lot number or batch numbers to determine if preemptive rework is needed.
