In this continuation of our Materials in Focus video series, we highlight the EPU 40 Resin for Carbon Printers. This resin is a high performance polyurethane elastomer with 310% elongation at break. As a part of the elastomeric material family, it’s ideal for applications that require high elasticity and tear resistance. EPU 40 offers a combination of tear strength, energy return, and elongation that makes it perfect for cushioning, impact absorption, vibration isolation, gaskets, and seals.
