Recognition for Back to School Clothing Program

The Austin Travis County Integral Care Center presented plaques to Tom Comfort, PCB SabeRex Product Group Manager and to the SabeRex Group, Ltd. in appreciation of their dedicated service and generous donations for the Back To School Clothing Program. Tom chaired this community citizenship program in coordination with the Tarrytown United Methodist Church and this year the event was again successful, providing clothes for over 100 children. Employees from the TyRex family assisted Tom with this project by providing monetary donations and shopping for the children. Each child received  a one week wardrobe consisting of clothes, shoes, undergarments and a backpack. Tom hopes to expand the program next year by increasing the number of children clothed to 200. Tony Rea, SabeRex Nashville Product Supervisor, plans to offer the program in Nashville next year.
